Here are my 4 top tips on how to approach an independent business with our Own Branded Wikaniko Products!

#1. Preparation

Be ready! Get excited! This is such an amazing opportunity!

Prepare your basket of eco-friendly products in advance. Put the best smelling on the top.

Put the RRP on the products and keep a list of the cost prices in a folder for reference.

Print out at least 10 copies of the information pack and application form from the back office. And put your contact details on them.

Look smart and approachable. Smile!

#2 Set A Goal

Aim for the stars and maybe you’ll reach the sky!

Gift shops, independent retailers, therapists, hairdressers and even hotels will be interested in what we have to offer.

If you get amazing feedback (which you will) don’t stop. Keep on going! Aim to present the Wikaniko products to at least 10 places in one day. That is easy to do in a couple hours.

#3 What To Do

Name, company, what we have and what we can do. Simple!

Practice first. Keep it short and sweet. Place the products in front of them and prepare for the great feedback (don’t be disheartened if the feedback is not what you expected. They are probably unaware of what an amazing offer you are presenting to them or you are possibly not talking to the buyer or owner of the business)

Don’t leave without giving them an information pack. Or if they look really keen then leave them a free sample of the eco-friendly products. This will be money well spent.

#4 Follow Up

We must follow up after about a week or two (personal preference how long you wait). Remind them of what we have to offer and ask if they have had a chance to read through the information.

If they seem interested but they do not want there own logo then you can offer Sale Or Return items. If you have your own logo then you can get the suppliers to promote your brand for you! Genius! This is the beauty of Wikaniko! Please feel free to comment below if you want to add any tips.
